Red and Green Flags for Developing Boundaries

Here are some markers of unhealthy boundary red flags and healthy boundary green flags. If you are having difficulty setting boundaries, have a read and think about what areas may need strengthening in your life. You can also acknowledge the boundaries that you do have in place that are working for you. When we are able to establish healthy boundaries in our relationships we are able to have more fulfilling and satisfying ones. Without them we can be vulnerable to the unhealthy behaviours in others and build up resentment and anger towards the people in our life. When we learn to stay in our own lane, and establish healthy boundaries, over time we can find more inner peace.
