The Fierce Fawn respects your privacy and are particularly sensitive to privacy issues on the internet. This Privacy Policy is provided so you know about our online information practices and understand how the information we receive about you from the internet is treated. What information do we collect?

We collect solicited personal information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase an online course or respond to a survey or fill out a form. When interacting with our website, where appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address and other personal information where it is reasonably necessary for one or more of the business’s functions or activities. You may, however, visit our site anonymously or choose to use a pseudonym. Should The Fierce Fawn receive unsolicited personal information that does not meet the conditions set above, we will destroy the information as soon as practicable but only if it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

The Fierce Fawn courses are hosted on a third-party platform (Learn Dash) with their own privacy policy. How is your information used?

Any information we collect from you that is necessary, may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalise your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
  • To improve our website (we endeavour to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you).
  • To address feedback (we may contact you in response to your feedback submitted through our surveys)
  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Fierce Fawn news, updates, or service information.

How do we protect your information?

All personal information provided to us is stored in our secure database. There have been reasonable steps implemented in order to protect your personal information from interference, misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Your personal information is not sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Retaining your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. At any time you may request to :

  • Request that your personal information be removed from any solicited list used by us

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How is cardholder data protected?

We do not store cardholder data for longer than is necessary to process the payment through the paypal payment gateway, and these details are never stored in our database at any time. Fierce Fawn staff, contractors and developers have no access at any time, under any circumstances to any card data entered into the website. The information contained in the website is provided for informational purposes only and is not meant to substitute for the advice provided by your doctor or other health care professional. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you are entitled to receive your money back within 30 days of purchasing the course through your method of payment.
